So... yeah. I figured why not? I'll put my favorite webcomics here. So if anything happens to the comics section of my Bookmarks, it won't be too big a problem. These all happen to be plot-based, some more than others.

College Roomies From Hell
http://www.crfh.net/

CRFH is a bit over my head most of the time, but it's fun. Plot based, but with not-very-urgent timing. I... don't really favor any one aspect, but I keep coming back anyway. The art's good.

El Goonish Shive
http://www.elgoonishshive.com/

Ahh, EGS. Possibly my favorite on the list, it's been called "One Big Awkward Moment" and "The dirtiest squeaky-clean comic on the Internet". A very good mix of silly and serious. I love the plot and characters, and the art's good. Lots of transformation; a definite plus.

Dan and Mab's Furry Adventures
http://www.missmab.com/index.php

DMFA is fun. It's got its serious moments and it does have a plot, but every single page has silliness. Sometimes that's what you want. And I like the characters and the art.

Castlevania RPG
http://www.cvrpg.com/main.php

CVRPG is also fun. Made by the brother of DMFA's creator - and it shows-, it's a multi-plot sprite comic. I don't think it's quite as good, personally, but still worth coming to. Especially since it updates every day except Sunday.

Shivae!
http://www.shivae.net/

Shivae's got really good art and character designs. It's got a lot of focus on the plot, but it's not all serious. Sporadic update schedule, though.

Mundane Nirvana
http://mundanenirvana.comicgenesis.com/

I'm new to Mundane Nirvana. I first started reading it when Karen Traviss referenced it in her LJ because one of the characters swore in Mando'ade, and kept reading because the geek references make sense to me. It's got its random comics, and the plot doesn't seem to be going anywhere, and it's a takes-place-in-the-real-world comic, but I like it all the same.

Misfile
http://www.misfile.com/

Misfile is fun. The mix of random humor and plot is pretty seamless, and the art's pretty consistent. Good grasp on anatomy... and at least one of the characters is eye candy.

The Wotch
http://www.thewotch.com/

A good bit of transformation here too. I don't like this as much as I like EGS, and the art isn't as good, but it's still entertaining. The occasional "random/seasonal comic" is mixed in with the story comics, which makes for confusing reading.

The Wotch: Cheer
http://cheer.thewotch.com/

The Wotch: Cheer is a spinoff of The Wotch. The art's better, but I'm not entirely sure why I read it. Still, I don't dislike it in any way.

Doctor McNinja
http://www.drmcninja.com/index.html

Doctor McNinja. What can I say? Randomness, but done nicely. The protag isn't the complete jerk I'd expected, the art's good, and there are interesting themes.

W00tness
http://w00tness.bungie.org/index.html

Ahh, w00tness. The art's stellar, the entire thing is laden with references to a bunch of videogames that I don't play, but updating schedules aren't exactly regular. And it seems like the author is making things up as he goes. Still, it's worth it for the Halo mentions.

There are others. But I only like one of them, Theri There, enough to put it here. It updates with excruciating slowness.

http://therithere.comicgenesis.com/

No plot to speak of, just ideas. But marvelous art.

The rest I can find by clicking the "Links" buttons on the other comic's pages. They just aren't enough to my taste to visit on the same schedule I use with the ones above.

And finally, a noncomic that is still highly amusing:

http://www.superdickery.com/

Dedicated to stupid, perverse, and just plain idiotic comic covers. And panels. And moments that make Superman look like a jerk. It hasn't updated for a month or so, though.
